HB-480B Cutting Machine

Functions:

This machines applies in sliver cutting on surface layer of sticky products, broken line cutting for paper and impressing for book cover. This Machine can adopt two ways: 1.hobbing cutting by hobbing cutter. 2.cutting-up by shaver. Hobbing cutter is suitable for papers broken line cutting. This machines timing device can set tumbling boxs rotate speed from 50 to 290 circles per minute stepless timing.
Operation Procedure

 1. This machine fits for 220V power supply. Please plunge one end of accessorial power supply in machines socket, and plunge another end in power, turn on main power supplys switch, then machine can work normally. Knob of speed control is used for controlling tumbling boxs speed, rotating in clockwise increases speed, otherwise, decreases speed.

2.Before cutting workpiece, importing wokpiece into tumbling box by rotating handwheel, then stop it at cut off line. Choosing staff gauges reading, adjusting cutters position and height according to workpieces size. Rotating hand wheel to pre-cutting till it matches requirement, then turn on the machine and starting cutting. Firstly, rotating slowly, then get to normal speed. This machine has impress function, which can be realized by means of equipping two accessorial impressing wheel and adjusting their position. 
Matters need attention

1.Knife rest should be hold tight on hexangular slide way. Locating screws tightness should be suitable. Holding too tight will cause knife rests damage.

2. Shavers position should matches rubber wheel.

3. When adjusting cutter blade, please pay attention that incision of cutter cant touch tumbling box directly. Otherwise it will cause damage of cutter and tumbling boxs surface.

4. When working ,make sure that hands keep distance from cutter in case of accident.

5.Open left side cover board regularly. Checking tightness of leather belt.

6.Conect power supply by accessorial power line. Socket should exclusive for hobbing cutting machines power, its forbidden to have other equipments merge into exclusive socket.
